RE: 21 gallon, 2.5 HP 125 PSIl compressor: Motor would not start. Unit has two motor start cpacitors: one 50 micro farad and one 70 micro farad. Both are not shorted but both measure zero on the cpacitance test. Used two different meters. Is this unusual? I looked at the HF parts on line and it only lists one capacitor. Part # 12384. This is an older unit. Is it worthwihle to buy new cpacitors or is it likely they failed because of some other reason? Thanks
